Fender Precision Bass 1964

1964 Fender Precision Bass – Pre-CBS – From the Original Owner

For sale is an exceptional 1964 Fender Precision Bass, made in the USA during Fender’s legendary pre-CBS era.

This is a beautiful example with a very special history — the bass comes from the original owner, which is a major advantage for an early-’60s Fender instrument. It has everything you want from a great pre-CBS Precision Bass: deep, punchy tone, excellent dynamics, strong response under the fingers and the unmistakable character of an old Fender.

The bass comes with its original chrome covers and a black case from the late 1960s. It presents beautifully, has huge vintage vibe and is a wonderful example of a classic Precision Bass from one of the most desirable periods in Fender history.

This is not only a collectible instrument, but also a fantastic player — resonant, comfortable and incredibly inspiring.
