Ampeg B-15NF (1965) – 30W

Essentially all-original except for the power transformer. All components, including the speaker, date to 1965. Comes with the original dolly with casters and the original cover.

Work performed:

Replaced all electrolytic capacitors in the power supply and bias circuits
Removed the “death cap” and the high-voltage circuit in the speaker cable
Installed a new grounded power cord (and a proper fuse—someone had “jumpered” it before)
New leather handle
Light exterior cosmetic cleaning
Cleaned all pots
Tubes tested, verified, burned in, bias set; cold solder joints reflowed; grounding improved

Tube emission above 80%
Original power tubes included in their boxes (JJ 6L6s are installed now)
Non-original mains/power transformer
